While playing college basketball, I earned my college degree’s in Liberal Arts, and Business Administration. After Graduating college, I began my career of playing professionally abroad and have been blessed to have played in Mexico, Columbia, Estonia, and Finland, including time with the ABA, and workouts/training camp with the NBA D-League. Nutrition recommendations for sustained growth in strength will be different than recommendations for enhancing speed and stamina. It’s critical to pair the intense workouts with proper nutrition.
